The Brief
Donavon Warren is a US-based serial entrepreneur, investor and thought leader. In late 2022 he engaged us to build a personal brand around finance, cryptocurrency and leadership. The goals were clear:
- Build a rankable digital presence for Donavon''s name and expertise topics on the US SERP
- Turn the site into an authority hub that drives inbound speaking, podcast and investment opportunities
- Deliver compounding organic growth across 24 months — with zero paid budget

Key Learnings
- A low Authority Score is not game over — with the right topical depth and trustworthy link signals, even a personal brand site can enter compounding growth.
- "Experience" is the most under-utilized lever in E-E-A-T — first-person, original perspective consistently produces a noticeable SERP edge.
- 24 months is the realistic horizon — for early-stage personal brand SEO, the first 6 months are mostly foundation; real movement usually starts between month 9–12.
